If a purchase did not arrive, send the receipt Apple emailed you. That receipt is what lets us find the transaction.

Playing

How does the game work?

Pour one tube into another to stack matching colours. When a tube holds a single colour it locks in, and when the board is clear the level is done. Every level you finish gives you paint, and paint is what fills in the picture for that region.

I am stuck and there are no moves left

The game notices this and offers you three ways out on the spot: undo your last move, add an extra tube, or start the level again. Restarting a level you are stuck on is free and does not cost a life.

What are lives for?

A life is spent when you give up on a level, not when you get stuck. Lives refill on their own over time. You can also buy them with gold, and gold is earned by playing.

Painting

Why can I not paint some pieces?

Each colour in a picture unlocks as you play levels in that region. A piece stays grey until its colour is unlocked, and the screen tells you which colours are open right now.

Can I paint without tapping every piece?

Yes. The auto paint button fills in every piece it can with the paint you are holding, so you can finish a picture without tapping each shape.

My picture is still there but the level changed

That is expected. Pictures belong to a region, not to a single level, and they stay in the gallery once finished.

Gold and purchases

What does gold do?

Gold buys lives, undos and extra tubes. It does not unlock levels, regions or pictures. Every level in the game is playable without spending money.

I bought gold and it did not arrive

Open the game while online and it will finish the delivery on its own. Purchases are never marked complete until the gold is actually in your account, so nothing is lost if the app closed mid purchase. If it still has not arrived, email us with the receipt from Apple.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.

Can I restore my purchases on a new phone?

Gold is a consumable, so it is spent as you use it and is not restored on a new device, the same as coins in any other game. Your level progress lives on the device.

Settings and progress

How do I turn off the music or the vibration?

Open Settings from the main screen. Sound, music and haptics each have their own switch.

Can I reset everything?

Yes, in Settings, and it is permanent. It clears your levels, your painted pieces and all of your gold, including gold you paid for. The game asks you to confirm first.

Which languages does it speak?

Five: English, Turkish, Spanish, French and German. It follows your phone's language and you can change it in Settings.
